Schedule information
- From what time can you enter the hotel?
Check in is from 12 noon. If we still do not have the room ready at that time, you can leave your suitcases here and we will give you the room as soon as possible. Check out is until 12. We have a 24-hour reception, but if you are going to arrive later than 00:00, please let us know.
- What time are breakfasts?
Our breakfast hours are from 8:30 to 10:30
- And the restaurant hours for lunch and dinner?
We open the restaurant every day for dinner from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and for lunch, only on weekends, from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.

- What leisure options do you have at the hotel?
We have a cafeteria if you want to have something to eat at any time. To spend a relaxing time, we have a pool table and we also have several board games available to customers.
- Do I have to reserve entry to the monasteries in advance?
For the YUSO Monastery you can buy them here directly at the hotel when you come, or at the monastery ticket offices, which are 1 minute from the hotel. You can see the opening hours of the monasteries on their website, as they vary depending on the season. It is always advisable to book the SUSO Monastery, which has restricted entrances-
- What can you do in the area?
Given where you are, the first thing would be to visit the spectacular monasteries of Suso and Yuso. On the other hand, there are many hiking routes to enjoy nature, you can visit several charming towns in La Rioja, we have the monastery route. And, of course, you can visit wineries of the D.O. Nearby Rioja such as David Moreno or Martínez Alessanco, in the town of Badarán, 5 minutes from the hotel.
Discover the Sierra de la Demanda from San Millán de la Cogolla! If you’re looking for a different experience surrounded by nature, you can enjoy 4×4 routes or rent electric bikes to explore the surrounding area.

We do not have private indoor parking, but there is a free outdoor public parking next to the hotel and the monasteries, where you can leave your car.
